Room 302 follows Amahle, a young girl who is haunted by recurring nightmares of a mysterious hallway and a locked door. During a therapy session, she undergoes clinical hypnosis in an attempt to uncover the source of these disturbing visions. As Amahle moves through fragmented dreamlike memories, she is forced to confront traumatic moments from her childhood involving her abusive father. When the truth finally surfaces, she remembers the car accident that killed him and the devastating choice she made in that moment. The film reveals that Amahle did not fail to save him, but consciously chose not to by not contacting emergency services, leaving her to live with the psychological consequences of that decision.
