After a deadly virus called The Echo returns to Sector 13, three friends Seth, Kabelo, and Lindi hide inside an underground bunker to survive the chaos. But their safety collapses when Lindi begins showing disturbing symptoms and a strange woman begs to be let inside. As fear spreads, paranoia destroys their trust, and Seth becomes haunted by traumatic memories and hallucinations of Rachel, the friend they once abandoned. Trapped with the infection and their guilt, the group spirals into psychological breakdown. By the time government units arrive, the bunker has become a grave showing that in the end, fear and isolation destroy friendship faster than the virus itself.
