After her younger sister Tshiamiso is abducted and killed by a mysterious driver, medical intern Otsile spirals into guilt and obsession. A year later, unable to move on, she hatches a plan to confront the man she believes is responsible a serial killer known as “Burn Mouth”, infamous for killing victims with acid. One fateful night, Otsile deliberately books an e-hailing ride that connects her with Richard, the same man who kidnapped her sister. When his car arrives, she steps in, torn between fear and vengeance. As the tense drive unfolds, psychological games blur the line between hunter and prey. Richard’s calm charm slowly peels away, revealing the sadistic killer beneath. Otsile’s plan, coordinated with police officer Ntombi, unravels through a dangerous mix of flashbacks, deception, and survival instincts. But when Richard turns the tables, the confrontation explodes into violence. Otsile ultimately overpowers him, forcing a confession in a chilling final encounter inside a secluded shed but his refusal to confess leads to Otsile killing him unintentionally.
