The Apple revolves around a young man named Kyle who is battling with depression. His journey is reflected by an apple that taunts him to give in to his darkest and most intrusive thoughts as he deals with suicidal thoughts. He tries to overcome these issues by speaking with his friend and potential girlfriend Jessica, who tries to help him through his depression and suicidal thoughts, all while having to deal with his illness manifesting as an Apple that feeds on his misfortune.
