Hypnotica takes a close look at the human mind through Dave's story. He's just out of sex addiction rehab and returns home, hopeful about fixing things with his estranged wife. Unfortunately, she's still upset about the past, and Dave, feeling defeated, gives up on patching things up. He goes back to his old habits of dealing with sex addiction, and during this time, the story takes an unexpected turn. It explores Dave's inner struggles, making the narrative a captivating journey through human desires, setbacks, and surprising twists in one man's psychological experience.
