We are introduced to Tshiamo, a creative director and producer. She speaks on who she is and exactly what it is she does and why she feels her perspective on the topic matters. She then speaks on what her experience in the industry has been like. We hear her go into detail about the obstacles she faces as a woman in a male-centric work environment and why she feels it is important to bring more female voices to the fore. Finally, she gives a message to the audience and to her younger self to not let the industry change who they are as a person and to be as authentic to themselves as possible.
