In this Docufiction, Themba, an ex-hitman, describes how his relationship with his gun became complicated after his final hit. This is due to the violation of his most significant principle when he missed a hit and unintentionally murdered a woman. As he struggles to come to terms with his actions and confront his inner beast, his conscience is awakened. The strength of traditional medicine and ancestral wisdom is amplified when Themba consults a traditional healer for assistance as he embarks on his journey of repentance, after some careful consideration. This Docufiction is a meditation on guilt, regret, and the struggle for redemption, set against a backdrop of African spirituality.
