Our film looks at the life of a shy and socially awkward young man (Adam) suffering from sensory overload while in a bar full of people. He starts by breathing heavily as he tries by all means to contain himself in fear of what his companion and other people around him might think. At this moment things begin to take a twist, with the loud music at the bar causing him to scream with no one hearing him. His hands and wrists split open a mass of maggots begin to crawl from the open twitching flesh
