Insanely Sane follows a young woman, Wanda, who suffers from both schizophrenia as well as an Ancestral calling but is unaware that she suffers from both. This results in her not being able to find an effective treatment. And because the symptoms tend to mimic each other, she tries to treat the conditions separately which only leads to her symptoms progressing. In an attempt to end her life because she feels she’s tried everything and nothing works, she uses both western medicine and traditional medicine simultaneously which instead of killing her, manage to treat her symptoms and that’s when she realises that she has two conditions and not one.
